Instructions for use SHAMPOOS
Wet the hair with warm water and massage Actigener® in and rinse. Massage another little quantity of shampoo until it foams. Leave it for at least a few minutes on the hair and scalp and rinse. With serious problems it is recommended to leave Actigener® for 5 till 10 minutes.

Instructions for use LOTION SPRAY
Spray the Lotion on the scalp - lifting the hair. Leave it for at least 5 minutes. The Actigener® Lotion may, but does not have to be rinsed.

Instructions for use CONDITIONER
Apply the Actigener® Cream Conditioner on wet, washed hair. Leave it for at least a few minutes before rinsing.

Instructions for use against Excessive Skin Flaking
Apply Actigener® shampoo with warm water directly onto the skin until it foams. Leave on for about 5-15 minutes or longer, then rinse. The same can be done with the Lotion Spray, however, the lotion will not foam and does not necessarily have to be rinsed. Both Actigener® Shampoo and Lotion can be added to the bath. By being in the bath, Actigener® can do its skin restoring work.
